1] And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fish for people.” Immediately, they left their nets and followed him. Mathew 4:19-20.
2] As he went from there, he saw two brothers, James, son of Zebedee, and his brother John, in the boat with their father Zebedee, mending their nets, and he called them. Immediately, they left the boat, their father, and followed him. Matthew 4: 21:22.
3] Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. 1 Corinthians 1:26.
4] But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 1 Corinthians: 1:27
5] As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Ephesians 4:1.
